Victor Horta, the most celebrated architects of the Art Deco movement and is the builder of the Horta Museum. Horta Museum is built in 1893 and is one of the finest examples of Art Nouveau architecture.

The museum displays the furniture, utensils and other art objects which were designed by the Horta and the scripted documents which spread light on his life and time. It accommodates an extensive Centre de Documentation for visitors to view his drawing and designs based on the Art Nouveau movement.
The museum also organizes exhibitions based on the life of Horta and his art. The museum is declared as the World Heritage site by UNESCO in the year 2000.
