Brussels is an extremely happening and one of the most exciting cities with the pubs and bars offering live music and entertainment. It is host to several spectacular festivals taking place throughout the year.
It is a pride venue of most of the concerts, opera and orchestras. The concert which takes place covers a variety of musical forms such as classical, jazz and blues with rock, pop and other musical forms. Brussels exhibits six opera houses; Theatre Royal de la Monnaie is the grand opera house among others. It offers a constant array of programs which are available for most weeks of the year.

For out of the way family entertainment try Theatre Toone, this has been exhibiting and producing puppet theatre shows for eight generations. During the intermission you can check out the puppet museum.
For live events and concerts you should go to FNAC on Rue Neuve or to the main tourist office on Le Grande Place.
